      A company with an ethos for making an employee feel valued, motivated and rewarded for their contribution to the companies growth. Directors lead by example and set the tone for rest of the business both in drive, work ethic and company culture

      Fair pay Sociable workplace culture Well equipped kitchen Lovely outdoor area in a beautiful location Friendly CEO and senior team Inclusive and diverse team where everyone feels they belong Supportive environment with strong training; focus is on hiring for potential rather than just past experience

      Cons

      Personally the hiring process was longer than usual but this could also be seen as a positive - it shows they take the time to choose the right person. I was fortunate to be selected which made me feel like my hard work had paid off as I had to complete 2 tasks and an interview. However, if you weren’t chosen, it could feel like a waste of time especially for a junior role.
