Non existing:
Training opportunities (except the own product-portfolio), transfer-possibilities, taking initiative not recommended, improvement projects and -trajectories are not a good idea if it's not coming from the management...
Also non-existing:
Regular staff assessements and bi-directional evaluation, talent-development, career and wage evolution on seniority, even after many years long motivated and much dedicated effort.
Biggest problem:
Bad and non-inspiring management (mostly including sometimes very harmful micromanagement) despite extremely competent and professional floor-staff with their heart and passion in the right place. Total lack of efficient communication from managment to staff, as well inside, as well inter-company.
