Sudden expansion and sudden laid off. Unsure about the financial situation of the company. Need to standby 7 days a week, public holidays included, being the only account servicing staff in the area and expect customer to contact you whenever they have issues, while the non-working hours support and response time from UK headquarter is insufficient.
