Munchkin is an oddly appropriate name.
Pros
This place can be your rock bottom. You'll never work anywhere worse. Aside from that, there are some smart, capable people lower down trying to keep things afloat when they're not applying for other jobs.
Cons
Munchkin is an oddly appropriate name for a company where the leadership feels this small (not to mention petty, vain, and vindictive). Speaking up does not feel safe. Too many decisions are driven by loyalty, ego, and politics instead of judgment or expertise. Priorities keep changing, experienced people get ignored, and teams are left cleaning up preventable messes. At times, the atmosphere around brand leadership feels more like a mad queen’s court than a functional workplace. HR is NOT a resource for employees. Morale is is in the basement, trust is low, and the lack of adult leadership is hard to miss.
