Pros
It is difficult to state this but there weren’t many pros in Multi; the only thing with which I was happy was my Mall Manager, rest of them were nightmare for me.
Cons
Three weeks later after I was employeed; an immediate zoom meeting was organaised by HR and we learnt that over 40 employees were dismissed. There was no concrete reason and I was shocked for this and started worrying about my future at the company. The leadership was poor; people filling Director levels were inelligible and use slang words towards their employees.
