Relaxed environment and friendly helpful management. A lot of room for advancement. They do not micromanage Options to work remotely Good benefits

Cons

Processors and loan officers are with little or no experience and they do not receive ample training. This made my job a lot more challenging since I had to explain tasks and terminology.

Good benefits, open training calendars offering an array of subjects.

Cons

While a training calendar is available management does not implement which does not help the lack of knowledge in both ops and sales. Lack of execution and overall management for middle management and staff below.

Great marketing, transparency from CEO/Senior Management

Cons

Great company - the foundation is there but too many people getting too involved and being allowed to bark orders. Like many other companies in this industry, too focused on kissing the butts of sales (I get it, they bring the profit) but so many people on supporting roles are not protected or respected. Benefits could be better Too many people involved, they try to provide sooo many “resources” but it’s too much. Need better training on a smaller scale - only trainings are open to 100+ people at a time.
