Pros

1> will deploy you to a good company only if you are top of the batch

Cons

1> this is a consultancy who will take half of your salary for an entire year. 2> while training, they will terminate your contract if you do not perform well. (Happens with a lot). 3> if they cannot place you in any company they will terminate your contract 4> if the company where you are deployed fires you mountblue will terminate your contract 5> the promise of 50K after 1 year is fake, they never pay you that amount making some excuses. The will just return your certificates.

Cons

My experience with Mountblue Technologies left me utterly disappointed and disgusted. It became apparent to me that this so-called company is nothing more than a training firm masquerading as an IT services provider. The interview process was marred by the rude and arrogant behavior of the interviewer, who went beyond professionalism and resorted to verbal abuse. From the very beginning, the interviewer displayed an air of superiority and condescension, as if they were doing me a favor by considering my application. Their tone was dismissive and mocking, making me feel belittled and unworthy. It was clear that their intention was not to assess my skills and suitability for the position, but rather to assert their dominance and showcase their power. What shocked me the most was the verbal abuse I endured during the interview. The interviewer crossed all boundaries of decency and respect, using offensive language and making personal attacks. It was a degrading experience that left me feeling violated and emotionally scarred. No professional interview should ever involve such behavior. Furthermore, the discrepancy between Mountblue Technologies' claims of being an IT services company and the reality of it being a training firm is deeply misleading. I had applied with the expectation of joining an established organization with a strong track record in delivering IT services. Instead, I found myself in the hands of an unprofessional and deceitful training center, lacking any genuine intention to provide actual employment opportunities. This experience with Mountblue Technologies has not only affected my perception of the company but also left a lasting negative impact on my confidence and trust in the hiring process. No candidate should have to endure such mistreatment and disrespect, especially during an interview where mutual respect and fair assessment are expected. I strongly advise anyone considering Mountblue Technologies as a potential employer to think twice before proceeding. The unprofessional conduct of their interviewers, combined with the deceptive nature of the company's operations, makes it an undesirable and unreliable choice for anyone seeking a genuine IT services company. Save yourself the anguish and search for opportunities elsewhere, where your skills and worth will be appreciated and respected.

Pros

For students who are from colleges where placement scene does not cross ~4ish lacs, I genuinely think that MountBlue is doing a great job of training them and placing them in companies that would otherwise not even give them a chance. I personally got deployed in a company where many IITians and NITians and students from other good colleges work. Plus a lot of us got offers around 8-9 LPA I think you get the picture

Cons

The only actual con I would consider is that they give you ~26K every month for the deployment period ( ~1year -- sometimes 13 months ) and take the rest of whatever you are actually earning but again, considering other service based companies, thats the amount I would've gotten. Also, remembered at the last moment -- no PF bruh.
