      Pros

      Laid back and flexible with 9/80s and good vacation. Nice gym onsite.

      Cons

      Poor work culture - no clear growth or career path. Unqualified leadership and they have no idea what they are doing. Lacks honest transparent communication. Very political and NOT inclusive. Management does not care about employees especially the lower grade. Promotions are only based on favoritism. Fails to recognize and grow qualified talent. Does more layoffs than hiring.

      Pros

      It’s an okay company overall, typically what you would expect from a corporation. Good pay, nice people, somewhat okay career advancement opportunities, relatively smaller size makes it easy to know everyone and be connected with leadership. Very little layoffs over the past decade.

      Cons

      The Saudi ownership means that it’s difficult for many things to get approved through the governance process - even the CEO doesn’t have much spending authority. Historically had a lot of re-orgs which makes things unstable.
