-Extremely disorganised organisation. No HR dept. Regularly messes up foreign employee visa applications, leading them them to violate immigration rules. -Zero care/consideration for employees -Extremely low sales commission

Pros

Good environment to challenge yourself and learn new skills. If you are a hard worker and willing to take more responsibilities, you will be able to expand you horizons and further your career. Great people. Good team that makes your days at work enjoyable. Management is more than reasonable when it comes to understanding your personal needs (family, personal goals, etc) and supports employees to make them feel like family. Awesome benefits and perks.

Cons

If you are someone that likes to get a list of daily tasks from your boss every morning (micro-management) instead of the liberty and opportunity to be self-driven on a daily basis, Moshi might not be the best company for you.

Employees who remain are great.

Cons

Several higher ups were recently dismissed without warning or reason. Office culture deteriorating as employees look elsewhere. Hopefully this turns around but it's looking bad.
