Pros

The best part about working for The Moran Group are the people who work here. A close second is the freedom that you are given here. The working environment is also very relaxed (not micromanaged).

Cons

The medical benefits are not pricey but you get what you pay for.

Pros

The Moran Group supports their employees by providing internal training to promote internal growth. The president cares about his employees and is flexible with work/family arrangements. I have been here 3 years, and have been promoted 3 times; they are very supportive of internal growth.

Cons

The office is a little outdated. It would also be nice if the benefits didn't vary each year.

Pros

There are a few good people who work currently still work there that made going to work fun. It was a paycheck.

Cons

They are "the employer of choice" who fire hard working longtime employees for voicing their opinion. ZERO employee loyalty. Expect employees to work harder and longer without giving any pay increases or bonuses since 2009.
