Ridiculous hours, President is somewhat shoot from the hip type. Never know what direction the company is headed. Extremely high turnover, many employees hired were very inexperienced and unsuitable for construction. Lots of flash and big talk. President seemed more concerned about forms, letters and reports then what was actually happening on job sites.
This has lead to a very inefficient company that could not compete in the Ontario market.
