Pros

- no bonus, the bonus is company dinner and company trip. salary same

Cons

bos always disturbing and constantly check up on you. even after the work time is finish, total no privacy and step over boundries. the bos need to learn to respect others private space, he is always crossing over the line, will also judge you and force you to do things do doesn't wants to. if you want to take leave, u cant casually just take leave, will throw you a whole lot of job making you purposely unable to take leave so it have a good reason to tell you : your work is not done, unable to approve your leave. or will tell you i approve your leave, but when you return , prepare for something. you can never work here comfortable , you will always have a mindset thinking there will an unexpected threat, and it also depends on the boss mood, Even after leaving this company, i belive i am still being talked bad around his social cycle. I pointed out all the flaws toxicity and facts about here. They expect me to rub this off and kept my mouth shut.

Pros

It's hard to write pros because I genuinely don't feel happy and burnout while staying here. - Network of super-fun colleagues. - Good opportunities to work with big local brands. - Location is very convenient, if you know uptown Damansara then you know what's around there.

Cons

It was honestly one of the worst experiences I have had in my career. These cons really depend on the individual but these are mine: - No recognition of your work. - Work/life balance tends to be largely your own responsibility to manage and own. - You gotta be a workaholic for the management to adore you. - Get calls at the oddest timing like 10pm or 8am on a weekend to do work. - Bad at managing workload, which leads to giving last min work which most of the time is due on the hour or latest by the EOD. - Not a creative setting office (Ever seen the show called "The Office"?). - The devices provided are outdated which delays the work drastically. - Office amenities are at the bare min, don't expect like most other companies they provide pantry food, a place to release your stress, a proper meeting room and etc well they don't here. - Just like other companies, they love to shove politics and their own beliefs down their employee's throats, which I have never liked. I feel like we each should feel comfortable where we work and not have these things forced on us.
