Pros
Some great colleagues, now friends for life. It was local. It taught me what I didn't want from a workplace environment.
Cons
The culture in this company is toxic. It starts at the top and filters down through each management and supervisory level. In my time here I witnessed some truly horrific examples bullying and harassment. There is an underlying element of misogyny. Nepotism is rife!
