Friendly colleagues Staff discount Uniform allowance Good for students who want some free clothes

Cons

Long hours big time difference between early and late shifts a bit cliquey too much to do for little pay close to no raise hard to get promoted No work life balance, you work 8-5 for early shifts and 1430-2330 for late shifts. Shift changes daily and when you finally have a day off you just wanna sleep and you rarely get two days off in a row

Flexible company that leaves room to wiggle when it comes work hours and family

Cons

Pay is horrible, management get paid ridiculous sums to do nothing but pat each other on the back and offer roles to people they know. RIFE with nepotism.
