      Messed up slave-culture management style

      Pros

      Product is not threat to Moldflow. Anthony and Kenny Lu are truly the axis of all that is wrong with this company. There are no pros to them, stay away. Everyone else has left.

      Cons

      Poor management, no appraisals, no growth opportunities. Intolerant, racist and cheap managers

      Good atmosphere in the office with good peoples Seldom work over time

      Cons

      1. CEO has absolute control to the company, and if CEO does the wrong decision, no one wants to tell the truth. 2. Low salaries to new graduates. High salaries for old employees, but some old employees have low contributions. 3. Company leaders didn't provide transparent guild to the promotion or it's time table for their stock appear on market. 4. Poor business strategy from the top management level.

      Pros

      Fairly laid back working environment. Many opportunities to learn and tackle a wide variety of projects. Small office atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very unorganized management, feels like they are just doing everything on the fly with absolutely no professional opinion on their business direction. No growth opportunities. Management is very difficult to deal with. Really no opportunities to learn and train yourself on many items that are important in this industry. Willing to keep subpar employees while piling more work on you without any pay raises. Subpar pay.
