They fired a lot of people (having highest performance ratings) in pandemic when revenue of the company was all time high and CEO was saying in meeting a day earlier that there will be no layoffs. Hire fire culture. They don't even know why they hired people and no good projects are available. No engineering culture. Highly inefficient use of human resources. They save money on tissue paper but waste money on MBA guys who have no acumen to solve business usecase. Managers who care more about reaching 3 minutes late then what work to be done. Most of the good people have left the company.
