      Pros

      Development team is excellent - top to bottom.

      Cons

      No management. No focus. Lack of accountability = a lot of finger pointing when things go wrong. CEO is rarely involved and often disconnected. The office is a ghost town. There's a lack of "team" feeling throughout. It can feel a bit like being in the court of the Queen of Hearts.

      Pros

      I love the flexibility of working from home. I have freedom to complete my tasks as I see fit. There is no micro managing. I am constantly challenged (in a good way) by my peers. This is a place to get a lot of experience, both technical and business, and grow your career. Everyone is completely passionate about their interests - be it technology, design, music etc.

      Cons

      Modus Create is a self funded start up. There is a tremendous amount of freedom that comes in a start up environment. This flexibility is not for everyone. This is an environment full of people passionate about everything they do - this is not an environment for a person who does not want to be fully vested in the task at hand.

      1. Remote work and nothing else.

      Cons

      1. Very rude management 2. Set expectation on professional growth targets and can't deliver 3. No real time communication. 4. No professionalism 5. No structure at a high level. Mediocre management that cares too much about money and not telling clients no.
