Pros

Work from home. Nice team, nice manager.

Cons

Work load has consistently increased to the point it isnt possible to do your job properly, in the amount of time you have. No raises. Must be on camera all day which makes you self conscious. Computers constantly lag, freeze, programs wont load due to the number of WFH people required to now be on camera.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the flexibility of working from home, overtime opportunities, and thorough training. We’re truly sorry to hear about the situation you faced during training. No one should feel penalized for being unwell, and we understand how that could be frustrating. Your feedback is important, and we’ll use it to improve how we support our employees in situations like this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Pros

Benefits, abillity to work from home, supportive team

Cons

I feel like there should be a longer training period. There is A TON of information that they cram in during the 4 weeks. It doesn't even touch the reality of the job. The team is maybe as supportive as they can be, but as a new agent expect to reach out a lot. Because like I said, training is really not the best. The metrics are almost impossible to meet. They want calls to be under 6 mins... That's a very rushed call. That's were errors happen. Every meeting I had with my sup, she would tell me something to do, that was different that what I was trained, and it would be different than something she told me to do the week before. Inconsistant. When I quit, I was sent boxes to send my equiptment back in, with no instructions, and no communication from anyone.

Pros

The only pro is you work from home,

Cons

The cons are consistent micromanagement, CSR agents get blamed for all mistakes other departments make and offshore workers who make more money than the CSR. Metrics arent' hard to make, however you will rewarded with more work. Woohoo.
