I got a nice cup from them that I still use. That's it though
Cons
-Nepotism -strange staff makeup, about half of the company were dating eachother and they would intentionally hire peoples significant others. -CEO is out of control, would post videos of people being electrocuted to death or other things like that in the company slack and say 'looks it ours competitors testing xyz' or something. He goes into Facebook groups of competitive products and just like trash talks them there -very strange pressure around buying gifts for the upper management for literally any reason. One particularly ugly case they had two people buy gifts for the couple that founded the companies baby shower and then they fired them the next day -there is a certain group in the company that just does not work because they're friends with the CEO and his wife and were hired for that reason. If you aren't friends with the CEO and his wife BEFORE YOU START you will be doing more than anyone else and for less money -Randomly decided my work day would be longer than originally agreed upon with no increase in pay to match. -if you ask a question in company chat you will be ignored for hours or maybe days on end, but if you bring up a cookie place they all like then everyone chimes in and talks for hours.

-Welcoming culture full of great people who are eager to help one another -Innovative software that continues to make big leaps with each release -Fully work from home, with all of the freedoms and flexibility that come with it -Management does an amazing job of utilizing employee strengths and providing growth opportunities -Opportunity to make a big impact at an up and coming company with its sights on the future -Would have no problem recommending this company to a friend to work at or to utilize the software of at a dental office. I only left because of a dream opportunity that popped up elsewhere
Cons
-This could be viewed as a Pro by some, but I did miss having the ability to head to an office at times just to get away from the house
