competitive salary, flexible work hours, ability to learn and grow, great co-workers, people who are not a good fit are usually "weeded" out in the first 3 months, average length of employment per employee: 3.2 Years.
Cons
Always room for growth, no one is perfect, young company, company culture needs to be adjusted, reviews are not consistent.

Very good co-workers. They were very friendly and understanding because they all know what you go through.
Cons
very poor man management. always make false promises about pay rise and when that time comes, they just fire you. poor business model has led to continuous deterioration of the company. never investing in the company's development.
