- Lack of Support : as a small company, you will be expected to completely manage entire roles/ divisions alone. You are the expert, but you are also responsible.
- Benefits are a work-in-progress : company 401k has not been established, and programs like short-term disability leave do not yet exist. I know moves are being made to set up these things, but it hasn't been done yet.
- Startup : the company is still very much learning, growing, perfecting itself.
