Pros
- collaborative and supportive company, no corporate bs - good product and business; there is a real demand for the features I build and I can see how customers use it and get fast feedback - I like I can work autonomously, but meet with team daily - remote first, freedom - offsites are really cool and fun
Cons
not a big con but many projects are going on, need to work hard and manage your time.
