Pros

- Amazing team, fun, that created a strong bond - Team really wants to make something good and useful, but keep hitting roadblocks because of internal lack of focus - Offices for both Boston and Dublin are really well located - Benefits are ok, good health insurance - Exciting to see the products being used by millions of people with very quick adoption

Cons

- Wages below the market - CEO is aggressive, disrespectful, provides no guidance for the company, yells at the team in the middle of the office, threats people to lose their jobs if they don't do whatever he wants (like go to Apple store replace his phone) - CEO provides no leadership, he calls himself the boss, has an EGO bigger than himself - CEO makes their direct reports feel like trash. He humiliates, make bad jokes, rubs in your face your mistakes in front of the whole company - CEO is considered a joke by majority of the company and no one believes that he can lead this company to succeed

Awful executive team

Pros

None, is just a regular and normal work, some good people around and others that you cannot trust at all

Cons

Executive Team has very poor skills to manage people and to do their jobs, there are more capable people in the company, but they have CEO's trust. Turnover rate is very high! specially if you want to be a project manager, they don't last more than a few months and then leave because of the disastrous way that this company has to take project, selling things that don't exist, gave delivery dates to clients that can't meet, they just want to fill their pockets with money and don't care about the clients at all. Really smart people have left the company and the ones remaining are just there because they have a monthly salary to count on. Also, i would like to agree in everything that someone said in this site about the CEO and other members of the Executive Team, they like to yell, threat with firing you, and to be aggressive and disrespectful.

Pros

Fast paced, possibility to grow

Cons

Very Unstructured, no requirements, poor designs, no concept of testing or architecture. Juniores making major decisions in architecture and solutions and most of the times are bad ideas.
