Pros
Good Salary, company provides free beverages, friendly co-workers
Cons
Company has no direction. I was hired for electronics work and was told to go outside and shovel rocks on several occasions . Orders are rushed out and arrive to customers damaged or not working. They provide little to no training on their products which makes its embarrassing to provide good customer service. This company has difficulties keeping track of inventory and other basic business needs.

Pros
Low profits, long sales cycle, out dated technology, and personality disorders abound.
Cons
Too many managers, and varying opinions. No company protocol or direction from leadership. Unorganized, complacent, and under educated. You're better off selling your soul. A fellow employee showed me a video of a racially charged them, it was appalling.
