Each location suffers heavily from favoritism when it comes to scheduling and promotion. They expect everyone to invest too much of their time and energy to a this job, typically for younger people, by setting extremely high monthly sales goals for no extra compensation. Hourly rate is poor for how much they expect in return. Also corporate is extremely overbearing with their special "culture."

Management needs improvement Theres a lot of favoritism when it comes to advancing at your location. Outside on days where the weather isnt suitable to be in as a human but the company doesnt care they just want their money over the heakth of their employees.
