If you want to work in a frat house mentality-driven atmosphere, this is the place for you. The sales team seems to be desperate and rude, always pushing team members to the brink of screaming. If you don't fall into line they will haze you to make you feel small. But they are just overgrown children with beer bellies. Also, where is the diversity? Everyone, or almost everyone, is a straight white man. Could you NOT find any people of color to do these jobs? I know there are plenty of diverse, qualified people who can do the job better than what they have. Every Company meeting was a sea of the same white guy. The Leaders are rude, while other leaders are jellyfish. They literally have a bunch of bullies as salespeople. They bribe their clients to give them good reviews on G2 and reward pushy sales tactics. It's sad because the product is good, but their attitude is why they are FAILING.
