- It was recently acquired by a much bigger company with different values and work culture - The PMS will no longer exist after all clients are converted to the new company's software - It's the end of an era...hopefully the family values will remain intact even if all the rest changes

- The company recruits foreign talents which is a great in terms of diversity and Inclusion but the very poor compensation makes it harder for them to focus on work while they are so much in debts (started with 11.25 in 2017)
- Co-op students hired for 3 or 4 months stage were paid way more than full time hired talents
