Pros

Really good working atmosphere and some wonderful people. Always a place to learn. Great work line balance. Colleagues always very helpful.

Cons

Company has struggled over the years due to being taken in the wrong direction by leadership on a couple of occasions. Had the head start and expertise in their field but did not capitalise on it in the long run.
