      Alot to learn at this company. Freshers are encouraged to work better. The crowd at the company is a good lot.

      Cons

      Top management not ready for changes. No bonus. Salary hike is less Attrition rate is high due to low job satisfaction

      Quick response from HR, it is only good thing in this company.

      Cons

      1. salary never comes on time, every time company have funding issue. 2.some time salary credited half half (some amount on 15th on month and some amount on 20th) 3. management are very worst. 4.totally client base company. 5.there is no choice of work domain, where ever requirement manager force you go there otherwise left the company.

      Pros

      No Best Reasons. Theri registered office like 2 BHK house.If your technology is .NET they will fit you for SSRS and SSIS technology.HR Team and Sales Team is worst here.They will never listen to your concerns.They dont have any offices in Singapore and USA. They have only domestic client s in Mumbai.They will never give you variable pay and will try to play with your career. Salary is never on time here. Their cycle is on 5th of every month but they will never pay you salary on time. They will pay on 15th of every month and 17th of every month.

      Cons

      Dont be in the wrong assumption that they will put you onsite as there is no onsite in this organization. They will inspire you that we are really a small company .Managfers andSales Team will tell you that you learn this technology whether you like it or not. My Advice to freshers and experience employees that dont join this organization
