      They are professionals and ambitious

      Cons

      They have no time to train juniors, Unfriendly bosses, no life-work balance (working till 10 pm is very normal), Extremely money-oriented organization, They have no HR, You rarely see women in this organization (there are few women manager who prefer to work from home and you rarely see them) .
