Pros

Great hours, close to home, friendly environment. Good benefits and always learned something new each day.

Cons

Horrible management. Started out great then a new manager was hired and my supervisor was terminated and lead demoted. Forced to work 10 hour days, not allowed to take bathroom breaks unless on break. Micromanaged to death. Forced to use scripts which are not necessary in this type of business. Also, dealer request were horribly mis-managed causing the staff to work 10 hour days. As a result, the dealer requests took presidence over our orders and always behind on work. Our manager always threatened us with a writeup if dealer requests were not completed. Me and several other employees went to HR andno action was taken.

Pros

The local management teams were good to work with on a daily basis. There was a fair amount of freedom to make decisions.

Cons

The corporate leaders are arrogant and more interested in taking care of their own interests than those of the company. There is a underlying prejudice against those that don't belong to certain groups.

Pros

Employees on the floor is the best asset of the company, management has no respect for them but they endure and take of each other the best they can.

Cons

Excessive stress put on employees from the upper management. GM is very unethical and culture will suck the life out of you. Was in high position and was witness to the disrespectful and unethical decisions made to their employees behind closed doors - each Monday actually. Avoid this company unless white and Mormon. This is true and easily verified by anyone who has or is working there.
