Flexible, staff lunches, advancement opportunities

Cons

Hours are severely cut when you move to supervisor, had to work lunch shifts with no waitresses, so I was acting as supervisor while also serving a full restaurant on my own and as I was supervisor I was not allowed to keep any tips given to me for my service
