      Not a place to grow a career anymore.

      Pros

      Some of the people are nice and not cut throat. A few know what they are doing.

      Cons

      Leadership is outdated, not in touch with reality and just looking to make a profit and sell the company. They have no loyalty and will remove you from the company as soon as one of the "ageless wonders" are done with you, even if you are pregnant or dealing with personal issues. Won't own up to the mistakes they made and the financial wrong doings of the CEO is taken out on the employees who work hard for MWW

      Lots of good people trying to do good work. Awareness of technology and technological opportunities in PR & Comms.

      Cons

      The company is unable to connect the dots between strategy and execution. CEO openly berates his senior team, causing infighting. Careless policies of hiring and firing.
