Pretty sustainable pay for an assistant manager; great opportunities to move up in the company if committed even halfway; upper management is mostly solid and positive; ability to gain new skills and knowledge in different areas such as accounts receivable, debt collection, fleet management, logistics; opportunities to drive hyper and super vehicles; ability to manage own partnered accounts (body shops, dealerships, hotels, repair shops, production companies) with client logistics, streamlining replacement vehicle services, working with insurance agencies, learning about insurance claims procedures and processes, self managing and adjusting costs for replacement vehicles for additional revenue or to provide a better pricing to build better relationships with accounts and clients; driving outside for unit/vehicle purposes, client pickups, unmonitored marketing, or vehicle maintenance; entry level management assistant employees are able to manage and delegate tasks to drivers and washers for experience and knowledge for promotions; company credit card that provides consistent benefits to employees for food, drinks, and other items; ability to vest in company stock that has consistent high returns ranging in sometimes upward double the initial investment for the year and is legitimate confirmed by myself viewing a senior employee's investment account, 401k, good health insurance benefits; discounted rates for rentals for employees and family/friends
Cons
Bad work life balance as managers; consistent work life happening outside of work due to accounts needing services, confirmations, collections, communication, planning, or reservation setups; demanding and very picky accounts that can make your life hell; insufficient vehicles for reservations during busy days or weekends that causes delays or sometimes no inventory for customers; leaderboard type ranking for commissions rewarding only the top two thirds and no commissions for those who aren’t in it making any sales made not worth anything; training is brief lasting 2 days and could be insufficient for some
