      Pay was ok as was sick pay

      Cons

      Management are fully aware of the numerous issues with bullying yet they choose to ignore. Too many middle management that are lazy and treat their staff appallingly I witnessed numerous incidents where staff were gossiped about in meetings. Staff turnover is very high and lots of agency staff in place
