Pros

We are producing some cool stuff for the military, profit sharing program, some of the employees good people who do top notch work and could do better elsewhere.4 day work week.

Cons

CEO is a great guy but is 90+ years old is never a round and the president who is a slim ball who got busted for prostitution ,management has no time for employees, if you need answers or have a problem or alert them to something that needs changing or correcting you get told I don't have time, I don't want your opinion or I'll look into that and nothing happens. No wage scale,no pay reviews and are generally on the low side and if you do manage to get more you will get harassed and messed with, seniority means nothing .Summer holidays are often rescheduled to November. Women get serxual harassed and I was questioned about what bathroom I had just used.

Smoke and mirrors. This place is a joke.

Pros

Some of the employees within the company are great people and would be a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Everything. Turnaround is the worst ever witnessed at any company ever. Lets hard-working, experienced people go, for no good reason. Lack of training. Empty/broken promises. Back stabbing. People who are fired for making huge errors and creating problems are asked back to fill other positions, showing a lack of accountability. Atmosphere breeds competition, rather than collaboration. Salary is made up on the spot in interview and is lower than industry standards, then used against you.

Pros

The products we make are incredible. I got to work on programs for the US Air Force and MRI systems for GE Healthcare. Generally, the company ships very high quality products with a critical function.

Cons

The current management has a disregard for the workers in the plant. Constructive feedback and or suggestions are disregarded and even discouraged in an atmosphere of fear. This could be a great place to work, but I would not recommend it to a friend.
