I Worked at microland for approximately 2 years, absolutely no pros in that firm. It is mallu based company,If you are mallu you will grow as Service Delivery Manager too.

Cons

No proper food at the canteen Night shift are dreadful and too much work pressure Hike is very less, very very less No proper cab facility and employee paid cabs Mallu based firm Once you are on paper you will not be treated properly 9.5 hours strict working hours with 1 hour break If you have less working hours (below 8.5) your salary wil be deducted Full and final settlement after leaving the firm will be cheated They will not value you are human,they will literally treat you as resource Manager will threaten to fire you

Good learning opportunities working in a small company and building skillbase

Cons

Too political to have a work-life balance, pay is below industry standards. Annual review process was name-sake. Company is run by few god like old timers and their personal likes and dislikes. The place put me in a bad place mentally, that was the worst bit, took a while to come out of it.

People are caring, pay is on time, work flexibility. Was once a great company to work for (before the dot com bust). Could have easily outpaced Tier 1 IT services firms.

Cons

No brand recognition, not ready to invest in the company, outdated services, high attrition. Senior leadership does not have decision making ability. Over 25 years in business and <$100mn in revenue
