Fun, Family Oriented place to work.

Pros

Lots of flexible time offered. Opportunities for personal growth by attending training sessions, and seminars all over the US. There is a plethora of training opportunities as well.

Cons

Benefits aren't all that great, but they are working on improving them i'm sure.

There are no pros that I can think of

This company is extremely disorganized, owned by previous employees who have no idea how to apply modern manufacturing practices. All employees are either brand new or have been there for 30 years. When asking for tools to do your job, the reply is always, "what do you need that for?" Then the request goes unanswered.
