      You don't realize how great you have it in a small company like this until you go elsewhere. Small company that cares and tries to help people find their place with open communication and encouragement.

      Can't offer some of the benefits of a larger corporation.

      Coworkers are really nice and most do their job well

      Cons

      Small company with low staff and high turnover. Constant drama with management causes toxic atmosphere. No flexibility or stock options.
