      Decent Startup Company, Horrendous CEO

      Pros

      Great work life balance. Good experience for college grad.

      Cons

      No benefits. CEO holds grudges and belittles his staff that no longer work for him. Toxic work environment felt like you were walking on egg shells around him. CSO was a better coworker and knew what was going on.Micromanaged the lab and only believed his input mattered. Low pay at 30k a year paid 1x a month.

      Pros

      Great work life with interesting new challenges that every startup faces. It has a unique technology and presents great ability to change the industry.

      Cons

      The management and leadership of the company is less experienced and is learning as they go along.

      Not worth getting involved due to owner of company creating toxic environment

      Pros

      Company is flexible when you have to leave to go to a doctor's appointment. The company has good room for growth if managed properly.

      Cons

      Boss hold grudges, tries to micromanage but does not know what is going on in the lab. Treats employees like they are in a third world country. Currently a very toxic environment.
