Pros
Friendly supervisors, they work with you, spend the time to make sure you're learning. Flexible hours, 'interns' have a 24 hour minimum, but they will work with you on making schedule work with you. I'm learning a lot about manufacturing that is congruent with my college education.
Cons
There's only this location in Windsor California, so you won't have location flexibility.
