      Cant think of any good things from working here

      Unpaid/No Sick days Health insurance benefits are supar No Dental or Vision - employee paid only No OT - they made you take a day off in the middle of the week if you worked an extra day. Some bad team culture. If you are not part of the "inner circle" you are kind of SOL and its where they bad mouth you, Leadership expectations of team members are not attainable in a real scenario - Not enough analysts to answer phones / work on their open tickets

      Office is clean and in good area Employer pays for health plan Regular weekday schedule Extensive training- if you have no computer or customer service skills you may leave this job with some

      Outdated and inconsistent business practices No HR department is a major problem No retirement/401k for most employees Poor and confusing PTO policy Management is distant and difficult- severe lack of continuity and communication High employee turnover

      semi flexible hours if you like having a schedule Owners genuinely seem to care about the company succeeding

      Cons

      Leadership is inconsistent with no clear pursuit of objectives. Senior staff and new hires are given little supervision or logistical support by a management team that frequently involves staff in office political infighting and playground activities. Human Resource department is missing all together leaving no safe party for employees to turn to regarding inconsistencies in pay, treatment, concerns, etc. "Software is expected to have bugs" is a known explanation of company craftsmanship and goals, often leaving clients to accuse staff of purposefully mismanaging products to generate business.
