      I really appreciate how Micro Focus provides a flexible working environment that allows me to balance my work and personal life effectively.

      Cons

      Although Micro Focus has a great working environment, some of the downsides include limited opportunities for career growth and advancement, and a relatively slow pace of decision-making and implementation of new ideas.

      Selling the legacy software. Easy to find the out-dated software solution in this company. A good place for lazy top management to stay.

      Cons

      Too many Politic inside this company. Any software purchased by Micro Focus will become legacy software solution. Good HPE people already left this company. No vision or wrong vision for the product. Money are spent on the integration with the legacy Micro Focus solution. Stock price is dropping
