The owner is a walking red flag. He does not know anything about being an ethical BCBA..because he's not a bcba. He yells and screams that he's going to call the police on the autistic children and does not know how to handle a client in crisis. Very heartbreaking to see him treat our vulnerable clients so unfairly. The clients deserve so much better. Super unethical things taking place here. He also makes the workplace uncomfortable with his weird sexual innuendos. Fair warning- look elsewhere for employment.
