Very fulfilling work. Certainly has you feeling as if you've made a difference in the community.

Cons

Zero communication between management levels. You will not be notified of anything in advance, expect to have the rug pulled from under you every day with zero communication about day to day operations.

Cons

Absolutely abhorrent management with no regards for loyalty. Management would rather watch the staff suffer than fix any issues. Management would rather bully staff than take any accountability.
