Senior management are incompetent, one of the senior managers has serious mental health issues which he takes out on all staff, knows nothing about the payments business but controls everything, if he can’t control and bully you then your pushed out. This is supposed to be a fintech company yet they have no CTO because of the bullying and controlling of the CFO. Technology is horrific and all good staff and management have left because of the CFO. Sub par developers brought in from South America some of which have little or no English, brought in because proper staff will not work here due to the unstable CFO which means none of their products or systems work. Serious blame culture here, because senior management are incompetent, nothing works properly so the blame is pushed on staff and vendors. Dubious business activities which are on the radar of the FCA.
