That said, we also recognize that we’re a work in progress. Historically, we've operated with a fairly hands-off management style, trusting individuals to take initiative and learn by doing. While this approach has worked well for many, we understand that others may thrive with more structure, guidance, and hands-on support—especially during the onboarding and training process.
We're actively working to improve our training programs to better support all learning styles and set our team members up for success from day one. This is a key focus for us moving forward, and we're excited about the improvements already underway.
