Can be overwhelming but great for education and career advancement
Pros
Once you learn the job, it is repetitive and that can be re-assuring Management is nice and accepts feedback well Coworkers are great and the company generally cares about your education and well being (to a point... see Cons) There is a new system coming in October 2026 which will change the responsibilities of this posting and should drastically improve the existing overwhelm of the many hats we wear in this position.
Cons
There is so much work to do that it feels like you cannot catch up While management is nice it feels like no one listens when we say there's too much work for the amount of staff we have and their hands are tied by hiring freezes so when things don't get done in a timely manner, because it's impossible for so few employees to do so much with so little time, and it affects other departments we come out looking like the bad guys. Despite running ourselves into the ground to try and just keep up. That makes you feel like you're running as fast as you can but you're in a hamster wheel and, despite clearly being on the verge of collapse, you're being yelled at you're not working hard enough.
