      They have a good client profile Great Location

      Cons

      Lack of transparency around the type of work they do. Poor management that loves to say rude and discouraging things about their team to other team mates and plays them off each other. Added to that the lack of any management skills. You’ll notice a quick turnaround of staff, because management along with HR allow this toxic environment to thrive.

      Autonomy. But it comes with a price.

      Cons

      Poor salary package. No bonus scheme. HR is non existent. No sense of belonging. Focus is just on growth, does not care about employees at all. Lack of resources. No transparency.
