Poor work-life balance No appreciation of extra hours worked Limited career growth although they keep saying we want you to succeed but the truth is the people on one side of the spectrum don't help the people on the other side of the spectrum. Promotions are only to the associates and principals. The other side is not seen! Leadership don't value your input, we do it one way and its the only way.

Co workers are awesome and friendly

Cons

Management just want to make money. No communication, no growth. They have silent lay offs. I do not recommend working here.
